Just moved here and had a clogged toilet. Decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. Called in the early am and was at my house right away. Asked him the estimate cost over the phone and that was what he ended up charging. I would keep this company for any future issues. If you looking for a good plumber give them a try. Tom was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, professional and high quality work. He fixes a leak in the pipe that feeds water to my dishwasher. I highly recommend Drain Doctor and Tom. I would definitely use them again. Thank you, Tom.

I had exceptional service from start to finish with Tom from Drain Doctor. I had some sort of clog in the main line... Apparently you cannot leave a three year old alone in the bathroom with TP.. I called Tom at 11am and left a voicemail. He called back almost immediately and told me he would be over after lunch. He also quoted me over the phone which I really appreciated. His cost was extremely reasonable and came with a 30 day warranty. He showed up within a few hours and cleaned out the line and left in less than 20 minutes! He also gave me some advice on maintaining the root growth from the large oak tree in the yard. Other contractors have suggested very costly services where as Tom gave me an inexpensive alternative solution. Rarely do I find plumbers that go above and beyond. Tom is inexpensive, efficient, and entirely trust worthy. I will never use anyone else again.

We had amazing service with Chase from Drain Dr. Our sinks and toilets have been having issues for months. Come to find out we clog in the main line. He went above and beyond to fix everything!! Now we have drains and water pressure that work!! We will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone. Thanks Chase!!!!

Thomas was very helpful. Even before I decided to hire him he was asking me questions about the condition of the problem and guided me on what could be the cause and how it can be fixed. The price was very reasonable and beat any other quote i had. On the day of, he showed up and immediately fixed my partially clogged toilet. He didn't hesitate getting his hands dirty and fixed the problem within minutes. I highly recommend.

I was very impressed by drain doctor plumbing. We've got a very fast response and he was able to come out and fix our problem the same day. Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable, the service was great and the price was lower than all of the other quotes we had received. my sink in the kitchen was giving off a smell like a sewer. my entire living room and kitchen smelled terrible. the plumber george k. was very efficient explaining what the problem is how he would fix it and the reason for the problem in the first place. he was very pleasant and very neat in his work. the best plumber i have used in the 10 years i have lived in the villages. connie parrillo

We called them late in the day, them came quickly within an hour. Chase was courteous, answered all our questions and concerns. Had all the equipment ready for the job. No mess left behind.
